Women’s Fitness Magazine Book review

Just a quick post today as I was super proud, anyone would think I’d just published my first novel but getting a little readers review in Women’s Fitness Magazine was nearly as exciting (well almost).  It was a really good day overall, with my first blog post being published in my new job too.  I love seeing my work and reviews published, whether that’s online or in print, it makes all the research and time worthwhile.

A couple of months back I received a fitness book to review – High Intensity Interval Training for Women by Sean Bartram, it was the perfect addition to the fitness and health journey I’m taking this year and was looking forward to reviewing it.  There are tons of exercises and tips to help you work out wherever you are, it’s a great alternative to online or DVD videos and if you didn’t need enough motivation this book has tons of pictures to inspire you on what you can achieve.
