It was by chance a few weeks before the event that I thought I would tweet Liza to see if there were spaces left as I’d left it very last minute and to my surprise there were some left. I was very nervous at first about attending as I’d never met any of the girlies and I thought that I would be a bit out of place as I was mainly a fashion blogger but I needn’t of worried.
It was a relaxed afternoon not far from my home town, I met with Amy from Amy Loves, Carly of Life from the Tub and Emily of Pretty Please Pretty Please at Exeter station and we had a lovely coffee and natter before the event. I immediately felt like I’d known these girls for ages, well I suppose I had in virtual blogging world (lol)!
The event went brilliantly with brands such as Lush and Pearlys showing off their products and enticing us with gorgeous gift ideas. Liza and Kerry Marie hosted a fabulous raffle and organised amazing goodie bags for everyone that went along. They made such a brilliant effort and pulled off a great meet.
I was so inspired by how passionate everyone is about their blogs and what they write about and it has given me lots of ideas about the avenue in which I’d like my blog to take. I’ve already made a new years resolution for my blog and I’ll reveal all very soon.
I just want to thank everyone that made the day enjoyable and relaxed and can’t wait to see you all again at the next meet (hopefully not too far away).
