Fashion Industry Charity, FTCT launches national poster campaign

The Fashion and Textile Children’s Trust is the leading industry charity distributing over £350k in grants each year.  The FTCT support the education and wellbeing of vulnerable or disadvantaged children whose parents or carers work in the UK fashion and textile industry.

The Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust (FTCT) is launching its brand new fold-out poster, this week, as part of a wider awareness campaign, supported by Planet Retail and Drapers magazine.

The purpose of the campaign is to increase awareness of FTCT’s grant programme which supports the education and wellbeing of children whose parents work in any aspect of the UK fashion and textile industry.

Posters will shortly be sent to CEO’s and HR Managers at the UK’s top 130 fashion and textile companies, with the aim of placing one poster on every staff noticeboard throughout the industry.

Posters have already been sent to over 800 BHS stores and offices across the UK, under the leadership of Janine Leightley, Head of HR.
“I would urge anyone who is not currently working with Anna and her team to get in touch,” commented Leightley, “With the simple act of putting up a poster, you can quite literally change the lives of some of your employees.”

The charity welcomes contact from all subscribers who wish to get their company involved. To find out more, simply call the FTCT team on 020 7232 1876 or email
